1. Mountain High Yoghurt (Plain Lowfat)
2. Fresh Dill
3. Large Cucumber
4. Large Ripe Melon (Cantaloupe or Honeydew)
1. Scoop approximately 1 cup of Mountain High Yoghurt into a small bowl.
2. Finely chop small pieces of fresh dill, and stir into the yogurt.
3. Peel, seed, and dice a large cucumber. Mix thoroughly into the dressing.
4. After scooping melon balls into a small bowl, drizzle the yoghurt dressing on top, and enjoy!
