You’ve probably heard about the health benefits of eating grapes (since they’re high in antioxidants), but did you know that applying grapeseed oil to your hair will help encourage hair growth, minimize frizz and damage, and replenish moisture in your hair, leaving it soft, supple, and gorgeous?! Grapeseed oil is a fantastic deep conditioning treatment for your hair. You can either warm it up in the microwave (turning it into a hot oil treatment), or simply apply it to your dry hair. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then wash your hair thoroughly. After just one treatment, you’ll instantly see results. When used on a weekly basis, you will soon notice how soft and manageable your hair is.
