Holiday Gifting Ideas
Here are a few fiction novels that are perfect for holiday gifting.
SISTERS OF THE GREAT WAR by Suzanne Feldman
Inspired by real women, during the dark days of World War I, two remarkable American sisters came to the forefront (despite their fears) to help those in need through hard work and dedicated service. Their valiant efforts exemplify the heroic acts led by the powerful women who showed heart, character, and honor, during some of the most challenging times our country has ever faced. This inspiring novel is a wonderful read for women of all ages, as it reminds all of us that we must find our bravery and courage within, as well as the strength that women possess.
THE MOTHER NEXT DOOR by Tara Laskowski
If your loved ones enjoy the thrill of suspense and mystery, this captivating read will surely get their minds brimming with excitement. This suspense novel features a group of elite and influential suburban moms who welcome a new neighbor in to their group, just in time to plan their highly-anticipated annual Halloween party, which ends up leading to dark secrets from the past coming back to haunt them. As secrets start to come to light, this tightly-knit group of women starts to show that they’ll do anything to protect their families from the truth.
THE CHRISTMAS ESCAPE by Sarah Morgan
Written by a USA Today best-selling author, this uplifting story shares the heartwarming bonds between true friends, the magic of unexpected romances that add a twinkle of excitement to the season, and even the sacrifices that people make when they truly care for others. This touching novel tells the tale of loved ones who will do everything in their power to strengthen relationships that matter to them, even when they’re on the brink of everything falling apart.
SLEIGH BELLS RING by RaeAnne Thayne
The magic of the holidays brings about heartwarming changes for everyone it touches. During a challenging time for two young twins whose mother passes away, their caring aunt seeks to bring them comfort and solace, by welcoming them into the home that she’s been taking care of. In the midst of all this, she comes to learn that the billionaire who owns the property is now planning to sell it. Despite all of the turmoil and uncertainty that she now faces, she does everything in her power to keep her niece and nephew safe and happy, while trying to keep the holiday spirit alive. In the midst of all the challenges she experiences, an unexpected romance starts to develop between her and the billionaire’s grandson which leads to more surprises than she could ever imagine.
In addition to these inspiring reads, a few other fun gifting ideas to evoke nostalgia and joyful memories include baking tools (such as snowflake-shaped cookie cutters), an enchanting holiday-themed baking bowl, egg beater and spatula, a charming coffee mug and flavored coffee, Italian breakfast cookies, a cozy plaid blanket, a retro-looking star-shaped tree ornament (that says “inspire” on it), and even a Winter Cabin scented natural candle to set the mood for celebrating.
These delightful holiday gifts would make a perfect gifting idea, especially when presented in a gift basket.
Whether your loved ones can celebrate the holiday at home with you in person or not, this sweet gift basket will surely make them feel like they’re right there with you, no matter how far away they live.
