Ingredients:

1 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Slowly add Silk, mix well, then add the vanilla.

3. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and stir to blend. Fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Drop by teaspoon onto buttered or parchment-lined cookie sheets.

5. Bake for 8-10 minutes (or until slightly golden brown).

Berry Smoothie with Silk Vanilla Almondmilk

6 strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, bring Silk, brown sugar and vanilla to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 15 minutes.

2. Purée frozen berries and Silk mixture in a blender until smooth. Blend well.

3. Divide drink equally between glasses and garnish each glass with a strawberry.
