Glambassador Beauty Review - Clear Scalp and Hair Therapy

As a Glambassador for Glamour Magazine, a key aspect of my role is to test and review products (ranging from beauty to haircare to skincare, and beyond). Recently I was given the assignment to try a new hair product called CLEAR Scalp and Hair Therapy.

You’ve probably seen the television commercials and magazine advertisements featuring supermodel Heidi Klum, touting the benefits of this revolutionary haircare treatment. The folks behind the product (Unilever) claim that ‘not only will you have beautiful hair, but you will also be creating the right foundation for stronger, healthier hair.’

With so many lofty promises made by marketers, it leads many consumers to become naturally wary. But, I have to say – thus far, this product has lived up to all the hype!  The shampoo and conditioner I used made my hair look and feel soft, shiny, and manageable. Since I naturally have thick, wavy hair, a key concern for me is figuring out how to prevent frizz, dryness, or damage.

What was different about the shampooing technique was that the instructions for the conditioner said to apply gently to the roots (to seal the moisturizing treatment into the scalp), and then add conditioner throughout the rest of the hair. Usually, conditioner is only applied to the ends, not the roots. But, instead of looking oily or dirty (which I assumed would happen, since I was applying conditioner to my roots), my hair looked fresh and bouncy.

The product line offers an array of treatment options, including Total Care Nourishing, Damage & Color Repair, Anti-Dandruff, Strong Lengths, and more. So, if you’re looking for a quick fix hair treatment that will instantly give you the results you want, and help improve the look and condition of your hair for the long-term, give this product a try.
