To celebrate Monterey Car Week, the dynamic father-son duo (Kevin Czinger and Lukas Czinger) behind Czinger Vehicles hosted an out-of-this-world “Area 21” VIP Party last month in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California at Sunset Center.
Although their company is relatively new to the hypercar market (as they just launched a few years ago), they’re quickly capturing global attention, breaking records, and winning customers with their human-AI-designed, 3D-printed hypercars.
While their unbelievably cool and unique hypercars are designed to stand out from the crowd, the company decided to make a bold statement during Car Week by hosting this stellar futuristic-themed party, which truly reflects the essence of their daring brand and their state-of-the-art factory in Los Angeles.
Lukas Czinger (Founder, President, and COO of Czinger Vehicles, pictured above right) told me, “The Area 21 party was about experiencing the Czinger Vehicles brand. We aimed to capture the spirit of our production facility – the innovation, the craftsmanship, the future of performance – and translate that into an unforgettable experience. We don’t just want customers and supporters to see our vision; we want them to feel it, live it, and remember it long after the event is over.”
Dubbed a secret cocktail club of the future, the ‘Area 21’ themed pop-up party featured galactic cocktails whipped up by stellar servers, a DJ spinning lively house music, and food from Shake Shack. Not to mention – mysterious creatures from another planet were spotted meandering through the crowd all night. Talk about the ultimate intergalactic gala!
While the VIP party was a smashing success and truly one of the highlights of Car Week for auto enthusiasts and collectors who attended the event, this wasn’t the only reason Czinger Vehicles had to celebrate.
The company also announced at The Quail, in partnership with COTA and IMSA, the 21C hypercar secured the first and the fastest official production car lap record of 2:10.7. This marks the first time COTA has set standards for production car criteria and officially validated a lap record, cementing legendary racetrack as America’s proving ground for track records.
This is the second record for the 21C this summer, as it secured the fastest Hillclimb record of 48.82 seconds at Goodwood in July. The dual accomplishment highlights the 21C’s outstanding performance, versatility, and engineering excellence, putting Czinger Vehicles in the spotlight for its incredible record-setting achievements.
Lukas said, “Setting the track record at COTA with the 21C is a testament to the power of American innovation and engineering. Encompassing revolutionary technology, iconic design, and dominating performance, the 21C defines a new era in the hypercar industry. With its challenging layout and international prestige, COTA serves as the perfect platform to showcase our hypercar’s capabilities. This record celebrates the relentless drive, ingenuity, and dedication that define Czinger Vehicles, proving that when we push the boundaries of technology and performance on the road or on the track, the 21C has no equal. We have just begun our track record journey and look forward to bringing the 21C to other iconic raceways in the months ahead.”
