From daily skincare regimes (including proper moisturization and cleansing) to in-office treatments (such as injectables and laser peels), featured here are must-read anti-aging skincare tips from Dermatologist and Skin Expert, Dr. Elizabeth Tanzi.

Anti-Aging Skincare Tips
Moisturize every night and use a humidifier in the bedroom to keep skin supple and soft.
For women in their 30s, now is the time to step-up your skin care routine with a good antioxidant serum under your moisturizer with sunscreen or makeup in the morning, and add a retinol at night to stimulate collagen production.
In the 40’s and 50’s, continue with good skin care, and now also add steps to turn skin cells over more quickly because this process slows as we age. Consider glycolic peel pads 2-3 times a week to keep the skin well-exfoliated. This is also a good time to talk to your dermatologist about an anti-aging strategy using peels, lasers and injectables.
When started early and conservatively, the aging process can be slowed with beautiful and natural looking results. No one should look “done” anymore.
With today’s products, treatments and laser technology, women can look as good as they feel for decades!

I really hope people reading this will try everything possible before resorting to invasive things like surgeries and injections. I’m not exactly one of those “all natural” hippy types or anything but there’s just something off putting about the idea of getting injections to look younger. Like you’re violating the laws of nature or something.

I’m an exercise freak and I love trying out different kinds of exercises although among the types of exercises I fell in love with yogo. I’ve just heard of this foam exercise. I’m not really sure I will like it but I’m gonna try anyway. Who knows. I might add it to my daily routine.

Anti-aging techniques can be a very difficult thing to understand. I like that you pointed out that you should moisturize your skin every night. If you are really concerned about wrinkles it would be a good idea to talk to a dermatologist.
