• 1 1/2 cups Salted Butter (softened)
• 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
• 1 tsp. Almond Extract
• 3 cups All-purpose Flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

To soften butter, microwave for 15 seconds. Using a large spoon or mixer (set on medium), blend butter in a large bowl until smooth. Next slowly stir or mix-in the sugar, almond extract, and flour. Mix until batter consistency is smooth.

On a floured chopping board (wood preferred), using a floured rolling pin, slowly roll out sections of batter until about 1/8-1/4″ in thickness. Cut cookies with a cookie cutter, and transfer to an ungreased baking sheet using a spatula.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden brown color. Remove tray from oven, and let cool for a few minutes, before transferring cookies to a plate.
