Four Seasons has entered the world of maritime travel with the debut of Four Seasons I, which began its inaugural voyage in the Mediterranean on March 20, 2026, including VIP guests and top editors from Tatler, Vogue, and other major publications. Today’s launch marks a significant evolution for the brand, extending its approach to hospitality beyond hotels and private aviation into a more residential-style experience at sea.

Spanning 679 feet, the opulent vessel has been designed with an emphasis on space and privacy. With just 95 tastefully designed suites, all featuring outdoor living areas and no interior cabins, the layout reflects a more intimate approach to yachting. Many accommodations include expansive terraces, while select suites offer private plunge pools. A near one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio supports a highly personalized onboard experience, which differentiates the travel experience from other luxury cruises.

The yacht brings together a notable group of designers and collaborators, including Tillberg Design of Sweden, Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, and Fincantieri, creating a modern aesthetic that exudes sophistication and understated elegance. Interiors prioritize natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows and open-air elements that maintain a constant connection to the sea.

Since the brand caters to discerning travelers, gourmet culinary programming is a central focus of the experience, with 11 restaurants and lounges spanning Mediterranean, Japanese, and globally inspired concepts. A rotating chef-in-residence series will feature talent from Michelin-starred Four Seasons restaurants, allowing menus to evolve throughout each voyage.

A defining feature of the vessel is its transverse marina, which opens across both sides of the yacht to provide direct sea access. During designated marina days, the space functions as a private waterfront setting for swimming, water sports, and small-group activities. Shore experiences are similarly tailored, with itineraries designed around individual preferences rather than fixed excursions.

In addition to this, wellness offerings are anchored by L’Oceana Spa, which includes a thermal circuit, hammam, and treatments such as cryotherapy and infrared therapy, alongside programming that ranges from sunrise yoga to personalized training sessions.

Upcoming 2026 itineraries include sailings through the Greek Isles, with stops in Santorini and Yalikavak in April and May; journeys along the Dalmatian Coast, featuring Croatia and Montenegro in June and July; and late-summer voyages across the Rivieras, with destinations such as Porto Cervo and Saint-Tropez from August through October.

“Today’s luxury traveller values time, trust, and authenticity above all,” said Ben Trodd, CEO of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts. “We are inviting our guests to explore the world from an entirely new vantage point.”

The celebrated debut coincides with the 65th anniversary of Four Seasons, signaling a new chapter as the brand expands its presence from land to sea.
