Last week I had the pleasure of a VIP Tour of the exquisite new Arhaus Showroom at Carmel Plaza in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Prior to touring the studio, I wasn’t familiar with the brand. But, since seeing their beautiful collection of home furnishings and accessories, I’ve now fallen in love with their line.
Since launching in 1986, they’ve developed a reputation amongst discerning shoppers as a premium line of handcrafted furniture (made at their facility in North Carolina) and luxurious home decor accessories.
In addition to utilizing sustainable materials for many pieces, they also have a commitment to the environment, which is why they created The Green Initiative. They commit to planting 10,000 trees in celebration of the opening of their new showroom in Carmel-by-the-Sea. In so doing, they have partnered with American Forests, whose mission is to create healthy and resilient forests from coast to coast.
The exquisite craftsmanship, attention to detail, and immaculate taste of the bespoke collection truly elevate the offering of bespoke home furnishings & accessories on the Monterey Peninsula. From complimentary in-house design services to handmade furniture (made in the USA), this upscale new retailer is a welcome addition to our area, which (based on these photos), you can probably see why.
