Do you love to Rosé All Day? Then you’re in luck! One of the most popular beauty trends this Fall is inspired by virtually every gal’s beloved drink of choice – Rosé wine. What makes this makeup trend especially flattering is that it warms up the face, adds a mix of pink and terracotta tones to the cheeks and eyes, and puts an emphasis on the lips with a bold berry color.
Fall Makeup Tutorial: The Rosé All Day Beauty Trend

Step 1: Apply primer to a clean face, making sure to cover fine lines, large pores, and around the eyes. This will help makeup glide on more smoothly, look more flawless, and last all day.
Step 2: Using the fluffy airbrush brush (or a makeup sponge), apply the foundation all over your face, paying special attention to any red spots or discoloration. This liquid foundation provides medium coverage, giving the skin a soft luminous complexion.
Step 3: Using the same brush, dust the lighting powder all over your face. This incredible powder is especially great for photos or special events, as it helps to diffuse the look of any imperfections.
Step 4: Using a blush brush, apply a medium warm burgundy blush to the apples of your cheeks.
Tip: For this particular beauty look, I used the color Sumptuous from the Karity Cosmetics Blush Bomb Burgundy Blast palette. Using the brush, buff the color into the skin to diffuse any harsh lines, as this blush first looks very opaque upon application.
Step 5: Fill in sparse areas of your brows with the brow pencil. Using a brow spoolie, gently brush the hair upward to diffuse the pencil and give your eyebrows a more natural appearance. Then using an angled brow brush, lightly apply brow powder to finish the look. This will also help “set” the color, ensuring that your brows look perfect from day-to-night.
Step 6: Using your ring finger, lightly apply a highlighter (I used the gold shade Lush from Karity’s Blush Bomb palette) to the cheekbone, down along the bridge of your nose, above the cupid’s bow of your lips, and on your brow bones. This draws light to these areas, giving the face a more structured, chiseled appearance. Plus it imparts a gorgeous dewy glow!
Step 7: Using a stiff square-shaped eyeshadow brush, apply a medium-toned warm pink shade all over the lids. For this look, I used the shade Brunch (from the Karity Rosé All Day Eye Shadow Palette).
Step 7: Using an angled eyeshadow brush, line the eyes with a deeper wine color. This helps to create a soft, diffused effect while warming up the face and accentuating the shape of the eyes. For this look, I used the shade Salud (from the Karity Rosé All Day Eye Shadow Palette).
Tip: To prevent flecks of makeup from falling on your cheeks, after adding eyeshadow to the brush, gently tap the wand of the brush on a hard surface. This will help any loose shadow to fall off the brush, which helps prevent smudges on your face.
Step 8: To define the lash line, apply a long-wearing liquid eyeliner (in a black color) from the outer corner of your upper lashline, drawing the line inwards (making sure to create a tapered effect). The outer corner of the eyes should have the thickest part of the line, and the line should get increasingly more narrow as you go inward.
Tip: Only line 2/3 of the eye, to create a bigger more open-eyed appearance. If you draw the line all the way into the inner corner, it can make your eyes look smaller.
Step 9: Apply a volumizing black mascara to the top eyelashes, using 2-3 coats for added volume.
The reason why I love the Divaderme Fiber II Wings Mascara, in particular, is because it’s not only a natural beauty product, but it also contains volume-boosting fibers that make lashes look more lush and full. Plus, it also contains argan oil, which helps to nourish lashes.
Step 10: Last, but certainly not least, apply a long-wearing matte liquid lipstick in a bold berry shade. For this look, I used the new Pixi by Petra MatteLast Liquid Lip in shade Berry Boost.
