To give you a taste of what this app is all about, today Jillian shares two of her favorite healthy recipes with us, and explains why she launched this app.
Jillian says, “People are always telling me they wish I could be their trainer. I created my App to do just that. With it, you can take me with you anywhere. It is the most comprehensive fitness app on the market with customizable workouts and easy-to-follow meal plans to get you results. I made it simple, customizable and accessible for all fitness levels so there are no excuses.”
The Jillian Michaels app can easily be downloaded on your smartphone, giving you access to a fully-comprehensive fitness plan, meal plans and recipe ideas, and more. You can customize the settings, to make the 550 unique workouts match your exercise level, choose the music, and even increase or decrease the intensity of the workouts.
In addition, Jillian co-created the meal plans with professional chefs and registered dieticians, ensuring that each meal tastes great and helps you reach your diet goals. There are a variety of meal plans including omnivore, vegan, and paleo (and even a vegetarian version in the works). Every plan offers “focused guidelines, recipes, menus, shopping lists and even dining out tips, so all the guesswork is gone.”
