Being an active, on-the-go woman with a busy lifestyle, I’ve learned that the best way to sustain a high energy level from day-to-night is by staying healthy and making good choices when it comes to my diet.
I’ve always focused on consuming fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains as my primary food choices. But now that Summer is here (and the warm weather is beckoning us all to wear more revealing clothing), I’ve decided to get in tip top shape by revving up my fitness regime (which includes outdoor walks, Yoga classes, and weight lifting) and replacing my usual snacks with Super Smoothies. To help me reach my fitness goals (and to stay hydrated while I’m working out), I’ve incorporated ZICO Premium Coconut Water into my routine.
Over the past few weeks I’ve been testing out different Smoothie recipes, and have finally come up with a total winner. My Triple Berry Super Smoothie is not only incredibly tasty, it’s also chock full of antioxidants (which combat your body’s natural aging process), heart-healthy Omega fatty acids, an ample serving of fiber (which helps eliminate toxins), body-building protein, potassium (which helps banish bloating), electrolytes (to keep you hydrated) and essential nutrients. These vital ingredients not only taste great together, they also help you get in shape, improve the look of your skin and hair, and make you feel energized.

ZICO. Crack Life Open™
During Summer weekends, I always love to stay active doing fun activities. When it’s warm and sunny outside, one of my favorite pastimes is to head to the beach with friends. When I’m packing my tote bag, my 4 essential must-haves are: a Bikini (I recently bought this adorable floral string bikini), my go-to Summer sandals (I love these metallic gold leather sandals), a few current magazines, and ZICO Premium Coconut Water (in either Natural or Chocolate flavors).
Whether I’m running to the gym for a high-impact workout, or I’m heading to the beach for some rest and relaxation, I know I’ll always stay hydrated, feel healthy, and look great when I have ZICO Premium Coconut Water with me. No matter what you love to do during Summer (or anytime of year, for that matter), focus on living positively and making healthy choices that will make you look and feel fabulous, everyday.
What I love about ZICO Premium Coconut Water is that it not only comes in a variety of flavors (like Chocolate, Pineapple, Mango, and Passion Fruit), it contains 5 natural electrolytes and potassium. The original version has zero-added sugar, zero fat, and zero cholesterol. In addition, it’s free from gluten and dairy too.
When I found out that ZICO joined forces with Hollywood Starlet and Supermom, Jessica Alba, to act as their Brand Ambassador, I became even more motivated to learn how ZICO Premium Coconut Water could help me stay healthy. Jessica’s role with the company is to encourage people to #CrackLifeOpen by “living the life they want, today.” I totally agree with this philosophy; it’s up to us to create the lifestyle we want by making wise choices each and everyday.
